In 2023, GPT launched the Clearing the Air! Methane Abatement Solutions on Tour roadshow. Our goal was to bring our high-efficiency MX generator and EZ Air Instrument Air packages to our clients to demonstrate firsthand how we’re expanding our product offering beyond ultra-reliable power by also offering clean air solutions to support the energy transition. In visiting a number of locations across Canada and the USA, we have learned from our clients, shared ideas with our partners and found a lot of excitement about how GPT can meet industry needs.
When meeting with maintenance teams, they were excited to see how simple our systems are to start and operate. They could intuitively understand how the system works and felt immediately comfortable with diving into details about the features and operating modes. We offered hands-on training including start-up, operation and maintenance instructions to local service providers and their clients. They offered feedback on what they liked and insight for future features; we appreciated their insight and were impressed with how their ideas and questions demonstrated their knowledge of the importance of ultra-reliable operation in unmanned and off-grid settings.
All our clients talked about their company needs for decreasing emissions, improving site efficiency and serving growing power needs. Our system size options were the right fit for their applications, the fuel efficiency was an advantage against other options and the lowest tCO2e emissions will help them reach their environmental goals. Facility managers appreciated how quiet the systems were and quickly moved into discussions about their upcoming plans for implementation to decrease emissions at their sites.
A big thanks to our existing clients and local partners who made the roadshow shine. Our early trial customers have converted to repeat users and it was a delight to hear them talk about the advantages they see in our systems after years of uninterrupted run time at their sites. Meeting new potential customers is exciting, and seeing our existing customers who are as enthusiastic about our systems as we are is a real joy.
