Global Power Technologies (GPT), Inc. recently signed a historic agreement to supply TEG systems for 17 sites of the Gasoducto Presidente Nestor Kirchner (GPNK) gas pipeline in Argentina.
The GPNK is the long-awaited starting route to market the vast reserves of natural gas held in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.
GPT’s ultra-reliable TEGs, are uniquely suited to supply uninterrupted power to this critical piece of infrastructure. GPT’s TEG technology draws from decades of experience starting with NASA’s installation on the moon for the Apollo space mission.
TEGs contain no moving parts. They are an ultra-reliable, low-maintenance source of DC electrical power for any application where regular utilities are unavailable or unreliable.
The project is estimated to be completed in June 2023.
